What is Website Maintenance?
Many times, a company or individual will design or create a website for a business and then make you wait weeks for updates to your site. Other companies offer to provide you with a website, and then expect you to manage complicated changes and updates using an even more complicated and costly CMS (Content Management System).
Website maintenance is the largest part of our customer service work - done behind the scenes to help keep your site online and up to date with quick turn around time and reliable, discreet service. We can coordinate all of your web services including maintenance, hosting & domain services!
Some small businesses and companies can't afford to have a trained, full-time person on staff to make changes and updates to their website once a month. Webpato can provide maintenance services for your business website, at an affordable rate, as needed.
Contracted services give you or your company a lower rate and priority service. Turn-around time on basic changes or updates is 24-48 hours, and in most cases the work is done the same day! Sites not hosted on our servers will have a slightly higher rate for maintenance.
Available Maintenance Services
Webpato offers two types of maintenance services to accommodate the needs of every business. Your site does not need to be hosted with us to receive service!
On-Request
Only available to Webpato customers.
No contract or deposit required. Submit your request for updates to your site and have the work completed within 72 business hours. Work is billed at $20 per hour, with a minimum charge of $10. Work is released to your website after invoice has been paid in full.
Maintenance Retainer
Priority Service. Contract and deposit required. Work requests are completed within 24 business hours and charged to your retainer at a rate of $20 per hour, minimum charge of $10 for Webpato customers. Websites not designed by Webpato will be billed at $30 per hour, with a minimum charge of $15. Changes are immediately available on your website. Charges exceeding your retainer balance are billed at the contracted rate for the first hour.

Premium Service Plan
- Highest Priority Service - Exclusively available to Webpato customers.
- This service plan includes up to 5 hours maintenance service, per month.
Work requests are completed within 12 hours. This plan gets first priority service, reduced maintenance charges, no minimum charge, no additional charges for after hours, weekends or holiday updates.
Pre-Paid Quarterly Billing Only - $1500.00 p/Annuale
