What file formats will you receive?
Files suitable for print or web. AI, JPG, PNG, GIF , PDF, EPS. All GIF files will be supplied in 8 different sizes, ideal for web use. Other formats available upon request.

Turnaround Times
We'll have the initial proofs sent to you within 5 working days.
After you receive the initial proofs, any further modifications will usually be made within 12 to 24 hours from when we receive them. Sometimes, depending on the time of the day and our workload, we are able to work on your logo design amendments almost immediately, returning the next set of proofs within hours of receiving your new instructions.
Between each design stage, you're welcome to take your time making any decisions regarding further amendments, we realize that you may wish to ask other people's opinions at each stage of the logo design process. We won't hurry you into making quick decisions.
